A higher degree of specialization and diversification in workplaces across all industries has created the need for greater communication and collaboration, often in virtual (home office) work environments. Creating a high-performance team is the goal of every manager but how can such a vision be realized? The truth is, the construction of a high performance team requires not only effort and desire, but also a different way of thinking, unique skills and techniques that can be taught, and building a supportive culture from the top down to empower teams to realize their own potential.
At Steinbrecher & Associates, our team-building programs are tailored to the needs of your organization as well as the unique needs of your team. We work with cross-departmental teams as well as we can intradepartmental teams, including project teams, multilevel management teams and executive teams. We have experience working with newly merged organizations, franchise/corporate teams, joint ventures and equity partnerships.
We begin our process by conducting pretest assessments. This allows us to obtain the data necessary for uncovering the status-quo team culture. We then develop team-building solutions and actions that help teams to leverage strengths and overcome challenges and weaknesses. Change and progress are monitored, and systems are set up to ensure the long-lasting success of the team. Post-test assessment is then used to objectively measure team-wide progress.
