The Roadmap to Success workshop is highly interactive and allows participants the opportunity to learn, discuss and explore through the following:

• The facilitator begins by asking participants to get with a partner to discuss what is absolutely necessary for someone to experience exceptional business success. Once participants have shared their ideas, the facilitator introduces the five qualities someone must have in order to experience it. They are:
• An Unwavering belief in the possibility of their success
• The courage to step up, take initiative, and act!
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to find possibility in adversity
• Excellent planning and implementation skills
• The facilitator lets participants know that all five of the fundamentals of business success are important. However, the first fundamental—an unwavering belief in the possibility of their success—is the foundation on which the other four fundamentals rest. The stronger a person’s belief is in their potential for success, the more that person has the ability to express the other four fundamentals for success easily and skillfully. For this reason, the facilitator spends more time allowing participants to explore what a belief is, where it comes from, and how to change one that is limiting.
• Each of the remaining four fundamentals for success is introduced in a highly interactive format. Depending on the time available, participants have the opportunity to participate in workbook activities, discussion groups and a role-play situation. Story telling, quotes and metaphors are used to drive home important points.
• Participants are given the opportunity to assess how they currently see themselves around each of the five core fundamentals of business success and are provided tools that can assist them to live each fundamental at a higher level.
